Delivery availability and charges
We offer free shipping worldwide. Available destinations and shipping options are shown in Shopify checkout after you enter your address. Review these before paying.
Your order
Orders are placed securely through Shopify checkout. Check your selected product, variant, pack size, quantity, address, and final total before confirming payment. Butter packs contain the number of sticks shown; cart quantity counts packs.
Taxes and duties
Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Import duties or local charges may apply to international orders and are not included unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. Local rules determine these charges.
Changes and delivery problems
Use the contact form with your order number for address corrections, cancellation requests, missing orders, or parcel issues. Changes are not guaranteed once an order is processed. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
