Information we use
We use the details you provide to place and fulfil orders or contact us: your name, contact details, delivery information, order information, and messages. Shopify processes payment information in its checkout; our contact form never asks for card details.
Why we use it
We process information to fulfil purchases, answer support requests, assess returns, comply with legal obligations, and protect the store against fraud and abuse. Where required, optional uses rely on your consent.
Service providers
Shopify provides our checkout and order processing. Lovable Cloud stores contact requests privately. Payment providers and delivery partners receive the information needed for their services. These providers may process data internationally subject to applicable safeguards.
Storage and cookies
This website stores your shopping bag on your device so it survives refreshes. Shopify checkout may use cookies and similar technologies for payments and security. Clearing browser storage clears your saved bag. Contact requests are retained only as needed for support and applicable legal obligations.
Advertising measurement with Meta
We use Meta Pixel for page and product views, successful bag additions, and checkout starts to measure Facebook and Instagram ads and support ad optimization. Meta receives shopping activity, cookie identifiers, IP address, browser information, and public page URLs. Our website does not send your contact-form messages, email, or delivery address to Meta. Shopify's Facebook & Instagram integration separately controls purchase reporting and any customer data shared from checkout; see the checkout privacy choices. Receipt of an event does not guarantee ad attribution.
Advertising choices and withdrawal
In regions requiring consent, advertising tracking stays off until you accept optional advertising cookies. If location cannot be determined, we ask first. Elsewhere ordinary tracking may run unless you refuse or your browser signals an applicable opt-out. Rejecting is as easy as accepting and does not affect shopping. Open Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw permission immediately. Your device retains a visitor reference, country, notice version, timestamps and choice history, preserving earlier acceptance when you withdraw. Clearing website storage removes that local record. Shopify checkout is a separate domain: review its privacy choices too. Contact us through the form for privacy requests.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to use of your personal information, and to complain to a data-protection authority. Choose Privacy request in our contact form. Do not include card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Children and updates
Purchases and contact requests should be made by adults. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children. We may update this policy; the current version is displayed here.
