Our 30-day production-damage policy
Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our contact form if your product has severe damage caused during production. This voluntary policy does not cover change of mind, minor cosmetic differences, ordinary wear, accidental damage, or damage caused by use.
Request a return
Choose Production damage in the contact form. Include your order number and describe the damage. We will review your request and may ask for photographs or other evidence. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back.
Return shipping
For returns approved under our voluntary policy, customers pay the return shipping cost. Use a service that provides proof of postage and keep your receipt. Do not send returns to an address on the parcel unless we confirm it.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and assessed, an eligible refund is issued to the original payment method. The original delivery charge is not refunded under this voluntary policy unless required by law. Your payment provider controls when the refund appears.
Your legal rights
This voluntary policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable law provides cancellation rights, remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods, or seller-paid return costs, those rights take precedence. Contact us through the form to exercise them.
